What is MyCare Centre?
MyCare Centre is a digital platform that serves as a bridge between NDIS participants, support workers, and provider businesses throughout Australia. Our platform was built with the goal of making it easier and more efficient for NDIS participants to find and engage the services they need and for service providers to reach out to more clients.

For NDIS Participants: NDIS participants can use MyCare Centre to search for, assess, and hire support workers or engage provider businesses based on their specific needs and preferences. Our platform gives participants a more straightforward and efficient way to connect with and hire the services they need.

For Support Workers and Provider Businesses: Support workers and provider businesses can use MyCare Centre to list their services, manage bookings, and connect with a wider pool of potential clients. This can result in reduced administrative costs and improved operational efficiency.

Additionally, MyCare Centre encourages a more cost-effective model by advocating for services to charge rates at least 10% less than the NDIA's maximum limit. This can make necessary services more accessible to a greater number of participants.

Overall, MyCare Centre is more than just an app - it is a comprehensive solution that facilitates connections, encourages growth, and supports the crucial work of enabling individuals with disabilities to live rich and fulfilling lives.
